Published by the Times-Picayune Publishing Company, New Orleans. Original copyright 1901. This is a blue hard copy with an African American woman in scarf and apron stirring a mixing bowl. 438 pages. Clay coated pages. Cover is in mint condition. Cookbook hasn't been used, with the exception of a recipe for “Mother's Apple Pie” written in pencil on the back flyleaf and an inscription on the front fly leaf. Pages are all spotless.
