This copy is from the second printing, 1980. Recipes were all contributed by readers of the Madison Journal. Each recipe is accompanied by the reader’s name. The cookbook was printed and sold by Claitor’s Publishing Division, Baton Rouge. The cookbook has a heavy paper cover and a plastic comb binding. 582 pages. The Crawfish Etouffee IV page as a light stain. All other pages are clean and clear. Brushy Bayou Recipes’ cover has a slight bit of shelf wear. This difficult-to-find cookbook is in excellent vintage condition.
